Survival tips 101

Always keep local chat open and look at who is with you in system. Is it only friendlies?

Or is there a neutral or even hostile player? If the latter is the case you can be sure you should be worried.

Also make sure to select "Show compact member list" for local chat. Profile pictures look nice but being able to see

more people per system helps you quite a margin more.

The intel channel allows you and others to avoid hostiles by knowing where they are.

Make sure to also make others aware if you spot hostiles by reporting them in the intel channel.
To join the intel channel join the GLHF_intel channel via the corp chat.

Being able to only see what you need to see when you need to see it is a huge boon. You can either

There isn't too much to say. Use the buyback as hauling yourself always puts yourself at risk and could be invested to make even more money. There is a reason why hauling is a profession in this game. It is not easy.
